You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain clarity, develop healthier coping skills, and move forward with confidence.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. There's no pressure to share everything at once, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
That's completely okay. Many of my clients are attending therapy for the first time. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing your experiences.
Every person is unique, so every treatment plan is personalized. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet your specific needs, goals, and life experiences.
Yes. Your privacy is very important. Therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions required by law, which we'll review together during your first session so you always know what to expect.
There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. Some people benefit from short-term therapy focused on specific goals, while others prefer longer-term support. Together, we'll regularly review your progress and adjust your treatment based on your needs.
Not at all. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure of where to begin. That's completely okay. Together, we'll explore what's been on your mind and work toward understanding your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don't need to have all the answers before starting therapy.
